Very sneaky! I was getting upset over there being no thermocouple provided, even though the description inferred one was included. All I could see was a dc adaptor, until I unscrewed the shroud of the adapter and saw the thermistor soldered to the connections of the dc adaptor! I think I will unsolder the thermistor and put it on a length of cable to sit near the battery for more accurate temperature compensation. I haven’t tested the unit as yet.
